Paintball is a game full of energy, high speed, the adrenaline to the surface where they make new friends and teams! Paintball games have been around since the mid-80s ‘(90 years’ in Portugal) and have been building a reputation as one of the safest sports. Besides being fun, it’s also great for relieving stress in a working week (and with a little luck can play against your boss !!!).

Each game lasts an average of 15 minutes (there are some that are less durable and more) throughout the morning or afternoon. The games are in rotation, or if you are “checked, you will have to wait for the other members of your team end up (+ – 15 minutes) and then you will play another game.

Paintball balls are made of a biodegradable gelatin, do not stain clothes and are completely harmless. Contact with the body do a huge! SPLASH! The balls do not hurt the point of causing injuries since, as in any other sport, are taken into account all the safety rules.
